HOW DO I REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT?
To register for an account, simply go to jobs.barmm.gov.ph, click on the "Register" button, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration. For additional guidance, you may also watch the step-by-step instructional video available at [link].
Para makapagrehistro ng account, pumunta lamang sa jobs.barmm.gov.ph, i-click ang "Register" button, at sundin ang mga tagubilin sa screen upang makumpleto ang iyong rehistrasyon. Para sa karagdagang gabay, maaari mo ring panoorin ang step-by-step na instructional video dito [link].
WHY CAN'T I LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT?
Make sure your email account is active and valid. You can’t log in without one, as the Activation Code is sent via email. You can create an email account by registering at Gmail.
Siguraduhing aktibo pa ang email na gamit mo. Hindi ka makakalog-in kung wala kang email dahil doon ipinapadala ang Activation Code. Makakagawa ka ng email account sa pamamagitan ng pagrehistro sa Gmail.
WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED THE ACTIVATION LINK YET?
Check your inbox and spam folder. If you're using Yahoo, delays may occur due to high traffic from our IP. Try resending the link after at least 4 hours. Resend the link here: Resend Link. If you still haven't received it, we ask for your patience, as Google and Yahoo may flag our emails as spam due to our ongoing support for the Bangsamoro Job Portal.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE AN EMAIL AND PASSWORD MISMATCH?

HOW DO I UPLOAD MY DOCUMENTS?
On your profile page, click "Update My Profile" and scroll down to find the upload fields. For PDS, use the standard CSC format. For Supporting Documents, combine all relevant files into one PDF and upload. Only one file per field is allowed. File size must not exceed 5MB. Upload PDF files (avoid .doc/.docx formats). TSa profile page, i-click ang "Update My Profile" at mag-scroll pababa para makita ang upload fields. Para sa PDS, gamitin ang CSC format. Pagsama-samahin ang mga Supporting Documents sa isang PDF at i-upload. Isang file lang per field, max 5MB. I-upload ang PDF (iwasan ang .doc/.docx). I-download ang CSC forms dito: [link]. WHY CAN'T I UPDATE MY PROFILE?
After clicking "Update," wait for the green success bubble, then close the tab and refresh. If logged out, the server may be overloaded. Keep refreshing or try again in a few hours or clear your browser’s history, cache, and cookies, then refresh and log in to try again.
Pagkatapos mag-click ng "Update," hintaying lumabas ang green success bubble, isara ang tab, at i-refresh. Kung nalog-out, maaaring overloaded ang server. I-refresh o subukan muli sa ilang oras, o i-clear ang history/cache at mag-login muli.

HOW DO I INPUT MY COVER LETTER IF I AM APPLYING FOR MULTIPLE MINISTRIES/JOB POSITIONS?
We recommend generalizing your cover letter for all applications. The formatting is up to you.

I'VE APPLIED AND RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION FOR SUCCESSFUL APPLICATION. WHAT DO I DO NEXT?
Wait for HR to contact you regarding shortlisting or rejection.
Maghintay ng tawag mula sa HR tungkol sa shortlisting o rejection.
WHY I CAN'T CLICK ON ANY BUTTONS.
Clear your browser’s cache/history, refresh, log in, and try again. If using mobile, try a computer. If the issue persists, wait as your device may just be loading.
I-clear ang history/cache, i-refresh, mag-login, at subukan muli. Kung mobile, subukan ang computer. Kung hindi pa rin, maghintay.
